One Woman's Dream
La Patrona Food Truck comes from the mind of Rosa Ulloa, a Salvadoran mom of three with a dream of making and serving authentic Mexican/Salvadoran fusion food to the local community. Together with her family, she has been serving the Centennial, Colorado area since August of 2024.
Authentic Homemade Cuisine
Every dish from La Patrona is made from scratch; we cut our own vegetables, blend our own salsas, and make our own marinades. When you drive into our little parking lot, you can be sure you're getting the freshest ingredients at the best price.
